I'm gonna be completely honest regarding this review. Considering the cost of this suit, I'd wish it had been a little more sturdy. BOTH pockets ripped within a week of use. (Not even, I was three uses deep) I actually just recently reached out to someone I know to try to have them reinforced.

Outside of that, I love the suit. Its incredibly comforting to feel protected against my archnemisis, the tick. I already have Lupus, I'd prefer not to add another disease that mimics the one I've already got.

Ticks are getting worse, and it's not worth the chance.

I love the hands and and especially the way the feet are set up. It's a major comfort factor knowing the likely-hood of ticks crawling up the seams of my clothes are significantly reduced. One thing it has that's also neat, is that on the inside of the midsection, it has a tie that'll allow you to give yourself a more secure fit.

I don't believe this is ideal during the hotter months as far as heat is concerned, but it is absolutely fantastic for earlier springtime and fall in Ohio. Admittedly, it could be worse for the heat. It's not like it's insulated or anything.

Is it worth the price? Perhaps. My piece of mind was worth the cost, I'd conclude.

It's great and easy to pull on over shorts and a t shirt. You need permethrin treated socks though.

I love this suit. I'm an avid gardener and wear this every day. I'm female, 5'11" and wear a standard mens large. (I hope to try a mens extra large in future as I'd like to get around a small amount of pulling at my neck when I sit or work close to the ground.) I appreciate the prewashed fabric as well as the other thoughtful details that make my work easier. Thank you.

I love the tick suit, but would like additional pockets and a drawstring on the hood.

I spend hours clearing trails and walking through brush and I have never had a tick on me. After having Lyme I have confidence in being able to spend the summer in the woods again.

I have TWO tick suits. I do NOT go into the yard without wearing one of them. I sent them to Insect Shield to be treated with Permethrin (I wish them came already treated). I live on Martha's Vineyard, the TICK capital of the world. I highly recommend the Tick Suit. Get the extra large...big and roomy.

The suit certainly protects from biting insects and is comfortable to wear.

I live in Connecticut where ticks are rampant. After having Lyme more than once I began dressing for war when gardening, and no longer enjoyed working in my yard. It was also a real nuisance trying to protect myself wearing all the layers until I bought the TickSuit. It is beautifully made and everything is covered where a tick might sneak in. I've washed it several times and it's like brand new afterward. It's also very comfortable. I may look quite different as I'm 5'9" and slender because they left plenty of room for bending down as there is there is a lot of extra material should you have a large belly, or behind. I wear it with high boots and long gloves which I spray with Permethrin. For the first time in a very long time I feel safe and am enjoying gardening again. As they suggest I take it off outside and place the suit in the accompanying bag then put all of that in the dryer to kill any ticks that might be on the suit. In the past I would wash my clothing first, but discovered ticks can survive that too. Under the suit in the summer I wore shorts and T shirt, now that it's fall I'll wear leggings and a turtle neck. Thank you for making such a wonderful product, I believe you have saved me from ever being so sick again.

I call my Ticksuit my play suit. I can put it on and go tromping in the CT woods without worrying! The white color allows ticks that get on me to be seen. It’s fairly breathable - I’ve worn it alone on all but the steamiest of summer days and been quite comfortable. It is a bit roomy - can wear over multiple layers too

I love it! The suit is made well and it fully covers me. The suit being white enables me to see what is crawling on me. I love the bag and am able to take the suit off and place it in the bag, an added protection for sure! I would highly recommend this suit to anyone.

Damn good

I have 4 of them! Barely go in my yard any more without zipping myself into one. When I come back inside I no longer worry about checking for ticks. They've completely taken the fear out of being outdoors in my deer infested property. My guests appreciate them too. Thank you!

After having anaplasmosis, I bought a tick suit this past spring and treated it (and my shoes & socks) with permethrin for more protection. With the cuffs at the wrist and ankle, I feel safer than with other long-sleeves, and I can see ticks that do get on the suit against the white. The suit is comfy. Granted, I'm not winning fashion awards or wearing it for walks, but doing yard work or working in my woods, it's my go-to.

I love my tick suit!! Great for not only ticks but spiders as well when doing outside chores in areas where they live. This suit saved my sanity. Our property was infested with ticks and I could not enjoy my garden without it. I had never been bitten by a tick in my 52 year old life until this Spring and Summer. I had been bitten a dozen times and washed loads of them off of me in the shower. It was crazy. We lived here for over 8 years with not a single glue tick bite. Plus I have to wear cotton clothing. This suit is a God send!!! Worth every penny. Thank you.

One of my all-time favorite possessions. I wear it every time I go out for yard work. It’s cool enough in summer. And warm enough with a layer under it in fall. And… no ticks on me.

I am a 5'7" male with a 33" waste and weigh 145 lb's. I purchased the mens medium and it is way too tight and with limited mobility. I wear a very light weight tee shirt and a very light weight sweat shorts under the tick suit so I can remove the tick suit and place it in the bag prior to going back to my car. The pockets should also be larger and deeper and possible with there on zippers. The front zipper should also be longer. I truly hope that you can make the changes. If so I will certainly buy another suit.

I use it to garden Spring thru Fall. Use a permethrin spray. Very happy with additional protection from this suit. Launder in washer and drier after each use. Very comfortable.

We love our tick suit! It’s given my dad great peace of mind after a very scary close call with anaplasmosis last summer. Also we learned that it’s made by the grandmother of our son’s friend Talia! Small world! :)

I don't dare do yardwork without it. Speaking as someone who's contracted Lyme disease three times, I've never contracted it wearing the TickSuit. I'm very happy they expanded their sizes, but I still have some trouble getting mine off for tightness.

Comfortable, breathable, and a great fit. Useful for gardening and keeping ticks and other insects away.
